If you scored 70% or higher on the assessment, congratulations! We encourage you to continue developing your management team in a way that benefits your organization. If your score was between 69%-50%, consider using the assessment results to build up your score. However, if your score is lower than 49%, we recommend contacting us for a consultation to determine the next steps for performance improvement.
